Islam Makhachev is now officially the P4P number one fighter in the UFC, surpassing Jon Jones. The UFC lightweight champion has now matched another Khabib Nurmagomedov’s feat as both the Dagestani fighters have topped the P4P rankings at some point in their careers.
Meanwhile, Ali Abdelaziz celebrates his fighters’ success by taking shots at Conor McGregor. It is no secret that Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov’s camp are arch rivals and waste no chance to diss one another.
While Conor McGregor is yet to announce his return officially, Islam Makhachev is currently the best fighter in the UFC and the active 155 lbs champion. Hence, Ali Abdelaziz took to social media and mocked ‘Notorious; while touting the Dagestani fighters’ achievements.
He wrote, “ [Conor McGregor] hey crackhead how do you like this.”

Fresh off his KO win over Alexander Volkanovski, Islam Makhachev will likely defend his title against Justin Gaethje next. That said, Conor McGregor has also teased his return and can be a valid contender in the ongoing 155 lbs title ride.
