Anshul Jubli appears to have left his TKO loss against Mike Breeden behind, aiming to conquer everything on his way in 2024. The Indian fighter has recently been engaged to his lady love in a private reception and now seems to have found his way back to the gym.

Competing in the lightweight division, Anshul Jubli doesn’t appear to have easy matchups on his way. That said, ‘King Of Lions’ has clarified his intentions of achieving it all.

In a recent video on Instagram, Jubi was spotted shedding sweat, as his caption reflected the UFC fighter’s mindset.

Anshul Jubli wrote, “Universe doesn’t reward humility. Vengeance in my heart/ Coming for Everything.”

Jubli is the second Indian fighter after Bharat Khandare to have won a UFC contract. He also dreams of becoming the first Indian champion in the promotion. That said, the current lightweight division is filled with top-rated fighters.

As of now, Islam Makhachev holds the UFC lightweight title. Justin Gaethje, another 155-pounder, holds the BMF belt. Jubli is still miles away from the title picture but can potentially fight for the gold in the next few years.

How did Anshul Jubli Perform Against Mike Breeden?

‘King Of Lions’ began the fight against Breeden dominantly.  He was landing big shots on his American opponent, who was already on a four-fight losing streak. On paper, Breeden seemed tailor-made to lose against Anshul Jubli.

Indian fighter Jubli completely owned Breeden in the first two rounds of the clash. It was clear that ‘King Of Lions’ was winning on the judge’s score card. However, the tables turned completely in the third and final round.

Mike Breeden picked up pace and began trash-talking Jubli. The American fighter even barked a couple of times which seemingly broke Anshul Jubli’s fighting spirit. Breeden landed hard shots on Jubli. The Indian prodigy had several chances to retreat but he collapsed. Breeden knocked out Jubli which dissapointed several Indian MMA fans.

Do you think Anshul Jubli will return and win his next fight in the UFC?
