Alexander Volkanovski will put his featherweight strap at stake against the unbeaten Ilia Topuria at the Honda Centre on February 17. Coming off from a knockout loss against Islam Makhachev, Volkanovski returns to his natural weight category in a stacked-up card. Having sparked no personal rivalry, Volkanovski and Topuria have both gone on to maintain a professional feud. Both men have appeared optimistic about winning at UFC 298 as they rightly have reasons to believe so. The official dates aren’t out yet. However, the UFC schedule cites the media presser for Volkanovski vs Topuria to take place on either February 14 or February 15. The weigh-ins will happen on February 16, 24 hrs before the fight. All these events will be streamed on UFC’s YT channel.
