The former UFC lightweight star Conor McGregor is one of the most famous MMA fighters ever. Over the years, the Irishman has transformed MMA into a household sport. While doing so, ‘The Notorious’ became the first UFC double division champion and the promotion’s top star. During McGregor’s journey, his fiancee Dee Devlin played a pivotal role. Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin grew up in the same neighborhood in Ireland. Despite living in close proximity, their paths didn’t cross until a fateful night in 2008 at a nightclub. Earlier in her life, Devlin used to work as a waitress and an actress.

The Irishman was instantly attracted to the good demeanor of Devlin and asked her out. After dating for several years, McGregor revealed their engagement in a 2020 Instagram post.

The UFC superstar Conor McGregor is a father to three sons and one daughter. His oldest son is named Conor Jr., and they named the younger one, Rian McGregor. Additionally, the Irishman also has a daughter named Croia Mairead.

Earlier in June, during an episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, the Irishman revealed that he was expecting a fourth child soon which they recently had. McGregor and Devlin had his first child, Conor Jr. just before his fight against the undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather.

The UFC star is often filmed spending time with his children. McGregor also spends a lot of time coaching his oldest son, who has developed a liking towards MMA. Recently, the Irishman shared a video revealing how athletic Conor Jr. has become.

‘Mystic Mac’ is recovering from a horrific leg break injury and preparing for a long-anticipated octagon return. A fight against lightweight contender Michael Chandler looms around the corner. However, a fight date hasn’t been confirmed yet.

Despite the uncertainty regarding an opponent and a fight date, the Irishman has begun his fight camp. While doing so, he is also guiding a young Conor Jr. towards a MMA career. However, it remains to be seen whether the son will follow in the footsteps of his father.
