Max Verstappen’s journey to Formula 1 started at a young age and climbed through the ranks quickly to become one of the sport’s finest drivers. The Dutchman’s journey to Formula 1 began at a very young age in karting with the support and guidance of his father, Jos Verstappen. At just 17 years old, Verstappen made his Formula 1 debut with Scuderia Toro Rosso, becoming the youngest driver to compete in the sport’s history, from the youngest driver on the grid to one of the wealthiest drivers.

According to Forbes estimates, Verstappen is the wealthiest driver on the grid for the past 2 years. The Dutchman receives a yearly salary from Red Bull of over $43 million, Verstappen, also received $110 million after the 2023 season. 

Verstappen’s current Sponsors and Endorsements include EA Sports, G-Star, RAW Viaplay, Heineken, Red Bull, and CarNext.com through which he receives approximately $4 million to his income. Among the most successful Formula 1 drivers of all time, the Dutchman has established his place in the sport with his earnings and huge endorsement deals.

Verstappen’s career is certainly going to grow in the years to come as he performs at the top of his game. Despite this, Verstappen is not the wealthiest Formula One driver in history.
