Red Bull has launched an independent investigation after allegations of inappropriate behavior by the team’s boss Christian Horner. However, it seems the 50-year-old has fiercely denied the allegations.

The news was covered on @FastestPitStop’s ‘X’ handle.

What Did The Red Bull Team Principal Do?

Following a report from Dutch news outlet De Telegraph, a Red Bull employee said,

” After being made aware of certain allegations, the company has launched an independent investigation. This process which is already underway, is being carried out by an external Legal representative.”

” The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”

Horner responded when questioned about the allegations. ” I completely deny these claims.”

This allegation put Horner’s legacy in question as he led Red Bull from the beginning, and his tenure as team principal achieved success, including numerous championship victories with drivers like Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen.

Horner, known for guiding the team to success, is now facing scrutiny over misconduct claims against a team member. Red Bull Racing’s independent investigation highlights the seriousness of the accusations and the team’s dedication to ethical practices.

F1 followers speculated that this could lead to Red Bull’s downfall in the 2024 season, but it’s challenging to predict as Red Bull’s challenger for the 2024 season has not been revealed yet and is scheduled to be disclosed on 15th February.

Beating Red Bull is impractical with drivers like Max Verstappen; however, winning the race involves not only the driver in the seat but also the team at the box and other engineers. This situation could cause a little trouble following allegations against the team boss.
